Can I send orders to Deliverzen by email?

Yes! The best way for orders to be processed is through your customer portal, but if you want to send us orders through email, we can enter them for you.

What if an order is mis-shipped?

If we mess up an order, we will cover the costs related to fixing the problem.

Can a marketing insert or flyer be added to my orders?

Absolutely! Get your marketing on. Just let us know how we can help. We even have partners that can help create the marketing inserts or flyers for you.

 

What shipping carriers does Deliverzen use?

Only the best! We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Does the order processing and pick/pack fees include shipping?

No. Shipping is separate from the pick/pack pricing but billed on the same invoice. You will see it as clear as a sunny day on the beach, all in one place.

How does Deliverzen handle returns?

Yes, we do! You tell us what you want us to do with your product, and we can do it. We either discard, restock or put the item aside to send back to you. Our goal is for us to handle all the work involved with your shipping needs.

 

Are visits to the Deliverzen facility allowed?

Yes, come on! We love having our customers come by. It’s always good to put a face to the partnership and we want all of our team members to know who they are serving. The only thing we ask is 24-hour notice before stopping by.

Does Deliverzen offer inventory insurance for my products?

No. You would need to either add our location to your insurance policy or choose to waive inventory insurance.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope. Cancel us anytime you want. We will always be working to earn your business.

 

How does the Deliverzen FBA process work?

Ship your products to our Dallas Facility. Give us your FBA shipment information and any additional information needed to your account rep. We will handle the rest for you and make sure it gets to the correct Amazon FBA warehouse.

How fast can Deliverzen prep and ship my items to Amazon?

How fast do you need it? We commit to getting it done in 48 business hours but we can always make adjustments if you need it.

Does Deliverzen have daily pickups?

Yes, we do. And we even know the pickup drivers’ names! 😉

 

What is the Deliverzen order cutoff time?

Our cutoff time is 12pm local fulfillment center time. If an order comes in before 12pm, we get it out same day.

Does Deliverzen ship my orders out the same day?

We ship every order, Monday through Friday, that comes in before 12pm fulfillment center time the same day. Orders that come in after 12pm are shipped the next business day.

Can I ship my items to the Deliverzen warehouse?

Yes, please do. This makes it easier for you and us. Send it to us through freight or mail, whatever is easiest for you. We accept international shipments as well.

 

Will Deliverzen receive my orders automatically when we integrate?

Yes we do! We integrate directly into your website or sales channel. We have most of the integrations already built and we also support custom integrations, EDI, ERP, etc if you need it. You can see our integrations here.

Who’s responsible for taxes and import duties?

All customs, taxes, and duties charges related to your inbound Inventory must be paid in full (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP) prior to arrival.

How will I know when my inventory runs low?

You will get an automatic notification alerting you of low inventory. You can then decide if you want to reorder or not. You can even set the low inventory alert level if you want.

 

Does Deliverzen require products to have labels, UPCs, or barcodes?

We require that every product have a SKU and a barcode. If you don’t have that done, we can help create the SKUs with you and barcode the products for you.

What additional services does Deliverzen offer?

Returns, Amazon FBM, Amazon FBA prep, Kitting and bundling, Subscription order fulfillment, Barcoding, Custom boxes, and Inserts/Stickers.
