Deliverzen was founded in 2017 with the mission to provide the best service in the order fulfillment industry.

After handling the shipping and logistics for our own brand, we realized how much of a pain point this piece of the delivery process was for other brands.

It was too complex just to ship an order to our customers. Inventory was difficult to manage, sending a custom order to a customer or influencer was a headache, returns was a nightmare, and making any changes had to be approved by multiple different people that were more worried about their title than actually serving the customer. So we thought to ourselves why not make this easier. We wanted to make shipping simple.

In order to make it simple, we knew we had to focus on service. This is the biggest pain point that brands feel when working with a logistics company.

We decided to put service at the forefront of Deliverzen. We want to build partnerships so that we can provide the best service in the long run for the industry. But this wasn't enough for us. After all, our parent company was built on service too but they had something more.

They started in 1985 so they could give back and help people. At Deliverzen, we are keeping this heart of Giving Back so that we can be apart of serving people's needs. With every order we ship, a portion is donated for the betterment of people. We want to offer excellent service so that we can incredibly impact people's lives. We cannot do it without partnerships.
